1. Who we are
PoseLab ("we", "our", "us") operates poselab.xyz — a subscription-based AI prompt library for model creators and virtual influencers. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights around it.
2. Data we collect
When you create an account we collect your email address, name (if provided), and authentication credentials managed by Clerk. When you subscribe we collect payment details processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. When you use the library we record which prompts you save. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and performance.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to: provide and improve the PoseLab service; process subscription payments and send receipts; send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, subscription updates); respond to support enquiries; and detect and prevent fraud or abuse. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it to serve you advertising.
4. Third-party services
We use the following sub-processors: • Clerk (auth.clerk.com) — authentication and user management • Stripe (stripe.com) — payment processing • Supabase (supabase.com) — database storage for subscription status and saved prompts • Sanity (sanity.io) — content management and image delivery • Vercel (vercel.com) — hosting and edge delivery Each provider has its own privacy policy and data processing agreements. Your payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never touches our servers.
5. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel and delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes (typically 7 years for financial records).
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in (set by Clerk). We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or analytics cookies beyond anonymous server-side logging.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to: access a copy of your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict processing; and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@poselab.xyz and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Children
PoseLab is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or by a notice on the site at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of PoseLab after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
